The demographic is towards the high end for visitors looking to spend money in shops, not just the casinos! The mall has four levels: On the first floor is the Boardwalk themed level, with an interior design echoing its address on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The second floor is the Sky Bridge level, connecting to the Caesars building. The Promenade level has restaurants and clubs on one side and windows with lounge chairs to enjoy the view of the south Boardwalk and beach. The top floor is the Atlantic level with a banquet hall for weddings, parties and bar mitzvahs.
